In September of 2012 we spent a couple of weeks in the Red Feather area of the Rocky Mountains when we thought ninety bucks a week was a good price for electrical, water and an Outhouse. (a really bad Outhouse at that. It was pretty however we just did not take that many pictures. We were forty miles out of Fort Collins, Colorado and at about 8500 foot elevation. I woke up a few times gasping for breath the first few nights.
